Associations Under Cyber Attack & The Essential Eight Security Test

Hosted by Nick Koerbin, this 'Lunch & Learn' live webinar will delve into cyber security in associations. In recent months, several high profile Australian companies and their customers have suffered data breaches, with expensive and far reaching consequences – chances are you were affected by one of these yourself. Any organisation that uses online systems, needs to protect their own data, as well as client and member data from being stolen or misused.

Attendees will hear from Rob Lucas who was the CEO of the Caravan Industry Association Victoria when it became the victim of a cyber attack. Rob will explain what happened, the fall out for the association, and the remediation steps that had to be undertaken.

Rick Sethi from Professional Advantage will then provide an overview of the Essential Eight Security Test, including why, when and how all organisations should complete the test.

There will also be plenty of time for questions from the audience.
