About the Client
WASCC is a not-for-profit sports association and a leader in WA motorsport, hosting 8-10 race meetings annually, including the WA round of the Australian Supercars Championship (through 2025), plus Drifts, SuperSprints, and Hillclimbs. The track operates daily, supporting motorsport events, driver training, and community use. WASCC runs more competition events than any other affiliated club in Australia and seeks to continue its role as the leading promoter and organiser of motorsport in WA. WASCC is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act and governed by a voluntary Board that oversees the operation of the CARCO.com.au Raceway. A 2,411 km motorsport facility located in Neerabup, approximately 50 km north of Perth. One of the State’s premier motorsports venues and home of the WASCC.
About the Role
The WA Sporting Car Club (WASCC) is Australia’s oldest motorsport club - approaching 100 years of motorsport in 2027. Based at CARCO.com.au Raceway, WA’s premier motorsport venue, the WASCC Board are now seeking a visionary leader to drive the next phase of growth, including delivering a multi-phased Master Plan and exploring new revenue opportunities. As CEO / General Manager, you will report to the Board and lead a high-performing team to deliver the Club’s strategic vision. Key responsibilities include:
