The Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia Ltd (SPASA) is Australia’s peak swimming pool and spa industry body. It is dedicated to
maintaining and improving the standards and growth within the swimming pool and spa industry for the betterment of members, consumers and
the industry in general.
The Association represents the Australian pool, spa and leisure industry to state and federal and international agencies. SPASA Australia’s
charter is not simply to advocate and respond on issues of importance to the industry, but also to proactively create and execute strategies
to enhance the credibility and longevity of all its members across the country.
SPASA is seeking a dynamic, commercial and strategic CEO. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for driving commercial
outcomes, industry advocacy, member engagement, financial sustainability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be an influential leader with strong commercial skills and an understanding of industry associations, stakeholder
management, and business growth strategies.
