Sheredyn Legg is a consultant for AES and a founding partner of Novum Law Group. Having obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science, she utilises her diversity of experience in her practice in various areas of the law including NFP law, corporate structuring, trusts, estate planning and business succession. Her background assists her in taking a holistic approach, considering not only the legal factors but also the interpersonal and organisational implications of the matter.
Within the NFP sector, she has experience in assisting Associations with review and preparation of Constitutions and Rules of Association to ensure legal compliance and facilitate good, practicable governance.
