Ann Davey is CEO of Massage & Myotherapy Australia, the national peak body representing more than 8,500 qualified massage therapists,
remedial massage therapists and myotherapists across Australia.
With over 30 years’ leadership experience across not for profit, university and commercial sectors, Ann brings a practical, systems focused approach to governance and professional practice. She has worked within the association for more than 16 years and stepped into the CEO role in April 2020 during the first wave of COVID 19, guiding the organisation and profession through significant disruption with calm and clarity.
Ann is passionate about professional standards, sustainable practice and ensuring often unseen professions are recognised and valued. She
has a strong interest in the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies, including AI, into clinical practice. Ann is also an elected
Director of the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia.
