Mastering Association Management is an interactive, two-hour workshop that gives association and not-for-profit leaders the opportunity to step back, assess their organisation's performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Guided by AES's 10 Areas of Excellence framework, used by leaders from more than 800 associations across Australia and New Zealand, participants will undertake a practical assessment of their own organisation and develop clear priorities for action.
