Possessing over a dozen years of leadership experience as a CEO, Ben has honed his proficiency within the non-profit sector: fortifying financially struggling organisations and laying the groundwork for robust growth, even on the tightest of budgets. His leadership has been instrumental in breathing new life into several non-profit entities, fueled by his unwavering commitment to non-profit missions and his ability to deliver tangible results.

Ben's leadership style is characterised by his passion for community empowerment and stakeholder engagement. He has closely collaborated with boards, operational teams, and volunteers to devise and execute effective strategies for change, deftly balancing the management of internal and external resources to drive transformation.

In his tenure at AITD necessity has driven Ben to outsource key organisational functions. However, he has simultaneously managed to set a renewed emphasis on delivering member value, elevating service levels, and fostering community engagement.
