Agnes has extensive experience in governance, corporate services and finance as an advisor and senior executive across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She works with Board Directors, CEOs and Executives to build a sound governance framework for effective decision-making enabling sustainability and growth aligned to strategic objectives.

 Industry experience includes community & social services, education & training, sports, research commercialisation, property & investments, events & exhibitions, financial services, retail franchising, professional services and philanthropy. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA Affiliated), and a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
