Technology in Associations Survey - Webinar

Associations thrive if they have the right technology to help them deliver services to their members. Over the last five years, we have seen a dramatic change and increase in the technology that is now available. The challenge facing many Association Leaders is making the right IT decision for their organisation. There are many case studies where the wrong decision has resulted in a waste of resources and money. In September, AES surveyed over 100 Association Leaders and asked them key questions about their Association Management Systems. No other survey has been undertaken in Australia for nine years. In this webinar, we will share with attendees the results, and they will cover examples such as:

  • What are the current association management platforms, and how good are they?
  • How much impact do Cyber Criminals have on associations?
  • What are Association Leaders planning to implement in 2022?

Our expert panel will discuss the results and their observations.

** Association Executive Services does not have any financial interest or partnership with any IT vendor **

GILLIAN MORGAN

DIRECTOR - MORGO ONLINE

Gillian has almost 20 years experience in working either in, with or for Associations in the IT space. After an initial 10 years in a national association, Gillian moved to an association database provider looking for solutions and provide support. This support highlighted the need to for an independent person to work with associations to ensure they received the best outcome from their IT provider. Here MorGo Online was born. To ensure further growth, Gillian completed her Masters in IT Management through Southern Cross University. During this 20 year period, Gillian has seen websites and databases move from an in-house product to cloud based solutions. These changes have been beneficial to all, but have caused headaches for many. This is where Gillian thrives.
