About the Role
Reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer will lead ADPA through a period of strategic growth and
influence, ensuring operational excellence, strong advocacy, and increasing member value. This role is pivotal in delivering sustainable
outcomes while maintaining the association’s integrity, transparency, and member-first focus.
As CEO, you will oversee operations, guide the implementation of strategic priorities, and represent the profession to government,
regulators, and key stakeholders. You will work closely with the Executive Officer and the Board to deliver an ambitious agenda of advocacy,
professional development, member engagement, and organisational sustainability.
