AustStab Limited is the Australian Pavement Recycling and Stabilisation Association. It is a not-for-profit industry association established in 1995 to help provide a unified approach to the recycling and stabilisation of road pavements and to develop national standards of research and performance.

AustStab invites applications for the role of CEO to drive the Association’s strategic plan, including maintaining and building the membership base, coordinating key stakeholder engagement and managing delivery of the Association’s priority objectives.
Critical to the success of this role is the ability to think and act strategically and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, including the member base, local, state and federal government agencies and departments, along with other peak bodies and industry groups.
Ideally the CEO would have existing road construction industry experience with a degree in Civil Engineering, or similar.
