The Chief Executive Officer will lead a small talented and committed team to deliver support to a network of Stroke Recovery Clubs/groups and choirs throughout NSW, provide education, advocacy, and member services across diverse stakeholder groups.
The CEO will provide effective, hands-on leadership to implement SRA's strategic plan, drive financial sustainability, and oversee day to day operations. The CEO will bring high emotional intelligence and will drive organisational growth and financial sustainability through a culture of inclusivity, excellence and organisational accountability.
We are seeking someone with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills who can elevate SRA's profile across health, disability and government organisations, building collaborative relationships that advance members' interests.

That may well be true. Starting a new association is a serious commitment, not just a reaction. Let me be clear:
