This is a rare and genuinely exciting leadership opportunity. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Chair, you will lead the
delivery of BMN’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan while helping shape the future direction of Victoria’s health technologies ecosystem.
Working at the intersection of industry, government, investment and policy, you will bring people together, influence conversations that
matter and help ensure Victoria remains a globally competitive hub for health innovation, commercialisation and manufacturing.

There is no large bureaucracy and no distance from the operational elements. You will be hands-on, connected and genuinely present.
Success in this role will come from influence rather than hierarchy, collaboration rather than control, and the ability to bring people

Most associations can provide a long list of membership benefits. They may include professional development, advocacy, networking, industry information, events, resources, accreditation, discounts and access to specialist advice. However, a list of benefits does not necessarily explain why someone makes the decision to join.
