Reporting to the AASRA Board, the Executive Officer will oversee the day -to-day operations of AASRA. The EO will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, leading the ongoing development, growth and implementation of policies and ensuring the delivery of services in compliance with the overarching legislation.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be an exceptional communicator, able to engage with and manage a diverse range of stakeholders in the automotive repair sector. Experience in the automotive industry is not critical but will be highly regarded. The Motor Vehicle Information Sharing scheme is built on a bespoke technology platform so along with other competencies, experience in developing and managing technology projects would also be advantageous.
The EO will have the skills to effectively execute strategic and operational deliverables along with the ability to grow the organisation sustainably while prioritising high quality service delivery.
