This is an autonomous and flexible role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is passionate about supporting an industry and its people.

As a result, the successful candidate will occasionally be required to attend committee meetings, industry events, networking functions, training programs, and stakeholder meetings in person. These opportunities provide valuable face-to-face engagement with members and industry partners and are an important part of representing and growing the Association.

  • Prepare and distribute newsletters, website content, social media updates, and other communications
  • Maintain organisational records, CRM systems, and reporting requirements
  • Assist with sponsorship acquisition and partner engagement activities
  • Manage general administration and financial record keeping using Xero or similar systems

  • Experience in administration, association management, membership organisations, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, events, and communications
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital communication platforms
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience working with industry associations, not-for-profit organisations, or membership-based groups (desirable)
