housing sectors. With over 700 member businesses, the Association works closely with government, regulators and industry stakeholders to
shape policy, improve compliance outcomes and strengthen the operating environment for members.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Policy & Engagement, the Senior Policy Officer plays a key role in shaping policy and advocacy outcomes across
housing, planning, tourism, manufacturing, sustainability and compliance. You will monitor legislative and regulatory developments, prepare
submissions and policy positions, engage with government and councils, and translate complex policy issues into clear, practical guidance
for members.
About the Person
You are an experienced policy professional who enjoys influencing outcomes, engaging with stakeholders and delivering practical policy
advice. You bring strong judgement, clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
