Membership and Association Operations 

Mersine is a very experienced association professional with expertise in membership and association operations. 
She has worked in the NFP and association sector for over 20 years. These include the Australian Retailers Association as their national membership manager, This included building relationships with small to large retailers, growing membership and providing member services to over 5000 small to large retailers in Australia. 

Mersine  worked for a number of years as the RACV emergency roadside assistance Team Manager responsible for the emergency roadside assistance to a membership base of 3 million members. In this role she managed a team of 23 constantly ensuring the emergency road side assistance services were being delivered in a timely manner. 

Mersine was also the area  manager for the Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce in this role she was responsible for delivering member services to 500 automotive businesses in her region of Victoria.  This included face to face visits and organisating member events and services. 

Mersine has also worked in the retail sector for the Frontline Buying Group, an NFP association whose members are small retail businesses across Australia. Her role was to build relationships with members and deliver products and services to support their business growth. 

Mersine is experienced in working at a national level for associations and has significant skills in member engagement and association management.

Mersine is responsible for all the operations of Association Executive Services, including overseeing of all the team members who are delivering our secretariat and member contact service, management of conference and events, marketing and business development.
